100 g panko breadcrumbs

FOR THE SAUCE

4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce

1 pinch smoked paprika

01 — Prepare the BBQ sauce

Mix the ketchup, soy sauce, honey, cider vinegar, and smoked paprika. Set aside in the fridge.

Heat a pan with a little oil.

Cook the chicken cutlets for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until they are nicely golden and crispy.

Place a slice of cheddar on each cutlet at the end of cooking and let it melt for about 1 minute, covered.

05 — Toast the buns

Toast the Potato Buns Roundy Bread cut-side down in a pan with a little butter, until they are nicely golden.

06 — Assemble the burger

Spread the BBQ sauce on the bun.

Add the lettuce, chicken, cheddar, then the pickles and red onion.

Close the burger and serve immediately.
